Donate to support our Fall 2024 B3 Workforce Development students as they learn the ropes of Bublr Bikes.
B3 Workforce Development Program is a partnership between Bublr Bikes, Dream Bikes, and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee. Students aged 14-21 spend 64 hours learning bike mechanics, customer service, and managing a bike shop at each site. While at Bublr Bikes, the students are trained to build and repair Bublr Bikes and how a bikeshare works.
Students are managed by Bublr's Weekend Operations Manager, Stefhon Hubbard, and work on the weekends to accumulate their 64 hours. Students are treated as regular employees and are compensated for their time.
